With a large fleet of vehicles on the road on a daily basis, being able to accurately monitor and track progress was seen as an essential feature for a modern and growing organisation.

The Solution

CDHT chose Trackyou as they required a web based system that would allow them view their entire fleet as well as giving them the flexibility to filter out certain skill sets amongst their workforce to co-ordinate and schedule jobs.  This feature has made a real impact on the productivity of the organisation that now has greater control over the scheduling of their fast response workforce for emergency repairs. 

The Outcome

CDHT recently re-extended their contract with Trackyou on a long term basis.  A long standing Trackyou customer, Trackyou have supplied CDHT with consistent data with strong customer service back up a cornerstone of the partnership between the two organisations.
