The Requirements

The Parts Alliance covers a range of member companies in the automotive parts supply industry. The range of companies includes CES, Allparts Automotive, GMF Motor Factors, Fleet Factors, Camberley Auto Factors and Dingbro to name a few. In total, the Parts Alliance fleet comprises of over 1,300 vehicles covering diverse regions across the UK. Each individual company required tracking, but all had their own specific requirements that needed to be specified.

The Solution

Trackyou needed to schedule and mobilise a team of engineers in different locations across the UK. Locations could be as diverse as Aberdeen, Chester, Surrey and Swansea. Fleet analysis is a key area for a customer like CES and Trackyou developed an analytics platform specifically to enable them to monitor global trends within their operations. Trackyou were able to comfortably meet with the requirements of a national and often logistically challenging installation project.

The Outcome

The Parts Alliance fleet is now tracked across the UK, using a range of features including Driver I/D, vehicle safety check buttons and Analytics tools for fleet evaluation purposes.

With a national fleet of over 1,300 vehicles being used daily, the Parts Alliance needed a vehicle tracking partner that could cope with a very demanding range of client expectations.
