Driver I/D

Working out where your vehicles are can be one thing – knowing who is behind the wheel is another. With recent changes to the laws on Corporate Manslaughter, it’s becoming ever more important for organisations to know who is driving their vehicles at all times.

Trackyou provide a complete Driver I/D system. Using a simple key fob, it’s possible to have complete information at your fingertips on which driver may be behind the wheel. Name, number, department, skill set, and license permissions – you can set all the detail for fast and efficient access to who that driver is.

Trackyou can also provide immobilisation of vehicles. Should a driver without the correct driving licence category present a fob to the reader – the vehicle will check the permissions and will not start. Alternatively, you can specify an 80db audible buzzer in cab to ensure that drivers log in each time.

Driver I/D is essential where vehicles are sometimes used by more than one driver due to shift or work patterns.
