Trackyou provide comprehensive, easy to read reports in a variety of formats. Any user can see the data on screen, but there comes a point when you need that information placed into a report with summary and full report detail.The Trackyou system provides you with a variety of reports as standard and also includes options for more specialised reporting requirements, depending on your needs.

Our standard reports include:

Management report

Designed to comply with new legislation regarding company vehicle tax laws, essential for company information on private/business miles, fuel costs and CO2 emissions.

 

 

Activity report

Showing all the activity for the vehicle including driver log in/out (where using Driver I/D), ignition on/offs, timed updates, speeding and idling of vehicles. Get the full story!

 

 

Speeding report

Need to see if people are repeatedly travelling over 80mph?
The Speeding Report will give you the answer. Shows all speeds over a specific MPH, within a user defined period.

 

 

Idling report

Shows periods spent idling, total idling time and locations where idling took place. Vehicles with the engine on for no reason costs money and is bad news for the environment.

Trackyou monitor a wide range of specialist vehicles from temperature controlled vans through to road sweepers and Gritters. Whatever the requirement – we have a report to suit. Custom reports can be created for the specific needs of your organisation.

All reports can be generated by you on screen. Simply set your parameters and the report can generate for you in PDF, Excel or HTML format. Alternatively, you can schedule the report to arrive into your email inbox at a set time or date to suit your requirements.
