There is now an addition to our online helpdesk - the Online User Guide. This detailed collection of information is constantly updated to provide all the information and help needed to make full use of the Trackyou System.

We understand that organisations can have a large amount of assets split across a large number of fleets. This makes it difficult to 'take a step back' and get an overall picture of the assets. Fleets View allows an organisation to see all of their assets on a map at the same time along with asset type filtering and geofence tools to help ensure your assets are deployed where they are needed most.

Our popular Group Snail Trail feature has now been re-built from the ground up to provide a more advanced and flexible way to view asset information. Display either a single asset or a range of assets over different time periods on the same map! View and filter event icons to get a clear picture of asset movements.

Trackyou had great success at this year's Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC Birmingham. The Commercial Vehicle Show is Britain’s biggest and best specialist road transport and logistics exhibition, hosting many big names from the automotive industry such as Ford, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Nissan and Citroen to name a few.

This year's show had a great turn out with exhibitors and visitors from a wide range of organisations allowing Trackyou to expand interest and reach further afield than before. Our unique, easy to use and scalable system attracted business from both smaller organisations with a handful of vehicles, to large organisations with many fleets of vehicles.

We have successfully retained the Green Dragon Environmental Management Standard for the third consecutive year. The national standard covers all aspects of the business from commercial operations through to office procedures in the quest to keep Trackyou's environmental impact to the minimum.

Once again, Trackyou were able to demonstrate a strong commitment to reducing our gas and electricity reliance during 2010, and our paper and ink reduction also passed the independent audit with flying colours.

Overall, Trackyou received an excellent rating and clearly demonstrated that our policies and procedures around waste and energy reduction are working. Recent carbon offsetting schemes have also been introduced within the company, along with a car share scheme for workers living close together.
