What are Lone Workers?
Lone workers are classed as people who often work alone as part of their duties and can sometimes encounter dangerous situations. Obvious examples include electrical engineers, social workers or security personnel. Less obvious examples could be workers operating in a known troublesome area where crime is a potential problem.
Mobile workers may require a more portable tracking device that keeps the office informed of where their vehicle is at all times and the unit itself is portable enough to be taken with them on their person when they enter buildings or an area.

The Trackyou TR3000 could be the product you are looking for. Packaged like a small mobile phone in terms of dimensions, the TR3000 provides peace of mind for lone workers.
The TR3000 comes equipped with a built in panic alarm button that when triggered will activate the Trackyou Panic Alert system. This will immediately launch an alert on the operator’s screen, whilst also triggering email and SMS alerts in a split second.
The TR3000 can also be upgraded with a longer life battery, built in ‘G-Sensor’ for movement detection, and a voice channel which can be opened once the panic alarm button has been pressed.
Tough, light and durable, the TR 3000 can also be used as a ‘Deadman’ device where the operative must press the alarm button every 2 hours otherwise an alert will be triggered.
Functions
Panic Alarm - If a worker finds themselves in a dangerous situation, the panic button can be pressed, quickly informing base of the problem.
Voice Dialling - Voice calls can be initiated when a panic is received to communicate directly with the worker from base.
Start Moving - The tracker begins tracking when movement is detected.
Stopped Moving - This is sent when the tracker stops movement.
Timed Movement Updates - Status updates are transmitted at regular intervals.
Battery Low - When the battery drops below a specifc threshold an alert is transmitted.
Battery Charging - This is communicated when the charging cable is inserted into the unit.
Battery Full - This information is sent upon complete charge from the power socket.
