Connected Vehicle – Digital Tachograph integration

Trackyou can provide full integration with digital Tachographs including Siemens, VDO, Continental, and Stoneridge.

Ensure compliance with both Domestic Driver Hours and EU Driving Hours with remote download and forwarding of data via the Trackyou system. The unique solution ensures Trackyou to carry out remote authentication of the company card and download vehicle information and as well as driver card details.

As Garmin partners, Trackyou can offer the full range of Garmin’s latest FMI 3.5 solutions.

In addition to full two way messaging and navigation, 3.5 features include driver behaviour feedback, custom forms such as vehicle safety check, and built in NFC readers for electronic driver identification.


CANbus integration for enhanced telematics data

As CANbus specialists Trackyou support enhanced data collection, direct from the Vehicles engine management system.

Additional data can include fuel, CO2, Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC), vehicle odometer, engine speed (revvs), engine idling, vehicle speed and much more. Combine Trackyou’s CANbus solution with our driver behaviour and reporting solutions to clearly see the tangible savings.

Telemetry monitoring

Each Trackyou Locator can facilitate up to 6 telemetry / PTO integrations. This enables you to clearly see and report on how the vehicle or asset is being used and identify any utilisation efficiency opportunities.

Typical PTO connections can include beacon usage, tower lift operation, vehicle overweight indicators, specialist machinery operation of vehicles such as Mechanical Sweepers, Gully tankers and any other supported electrical system on the vehicle.

Trackyou can install in-cab buttons enabling drivers to categorise journeys. In addition, the system user can easily run summary reports based on the expected vehicle working hours.


Temperature monitoring

By installing up to 4 temperature probes on each vehicle, you can quickly and easily monitor controlled temperature zones in refrigerated vehicles.

Alerts will immediately notify the user if the temperature rises or falls from the permitted temperature range.


CO2 emissions reporting

Use Trackyou’s CO2 reporting and Analytics reporting to benchmark the fleet CO2 performance.

Then set improvement targets and see progress against historic performance. CO2 data can be derived directly from the Engine Management System via CANbus or can be calculated using industry standard algorithms based on the manufacturers rating and miles travelled.

Grey fleet & pool car management

Having occasional fleet users use their own vehicles can prove to be the most cost effective option for many organisations.

However by taking this approach, the organisation can lose visibility of the fleet. Trackyou have a number of solutions to assist with grey fleet. This includes portable tracking devices which can be simply plugged into a 12v cigarette lighter when on a business journey. The Trackyou vehicle booking system can be used to quickly and easily manage pool vehicles.

GritMAX – Winter Maintenance Solution

Trackyou’s GritMAX solution provides seamless gritter control box integration with all leading gritter manufacturers.

In addition to monitoring and reporting control box activity, the GritMAX solution enables the user to convert snail trails into routes and add gritting exceptions to each leg. The user can then receive real time alerts and historic reporting if the gritter does not complete the pre-defined route.


Waste and Recycling

Trackyou have worked in partnership with our customers to develop an award winning kerbside waste exception event reporting solution.

Waste operatives can use internally or externally mounted IP68 rated telemetry boxes to quickly and easily report exceptions in just 3 button presses. Trackyou then utilise the Vehicles GPS position to populate full address details. Customer service operatives can view exceptions in real time enabling Council’s to streamline the return to collect procedure.
